2. Product Information

We sell customized and made-to-fit sofa covers, chair covers, cushion covers, and furniture covers.

All product images used during ordering are real-time images provided by our team.

Color variation may occur due to lighting or screen resolution. This is not considered a defect.

3. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after full discussion with the customer regarding size, color, and fabric.

For customized products, advance payment may be required.

Once confirmed, customized orders cannot be canceled.

4. Return & Replacement Eligibility
Defective or Incorrect Items

You may request a return or replacement if:

You received a defective item.

You received the wrong product, color, or size compared to your confirmed order.

Important:

You must contact us immediately after receiving the product.
Verification will be done through a video call, where the issue must be shown clearly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or replacements are not accepted for:

Used, washed, or customer-damaged items.

Items without original packaging.

Products ordered correctly but disliked due to personal preference.

Correct customized items made according to customer-provided measurements.

Note: Customized items cannot be returned unless there is a proven defect.

TakesellBd-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট বা সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া থেকে অর্ডার করলে আপনি নিচের শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। এগুলো আপনার জন্য নিরাপদ ও স্বচ্ছ কেনাকাটার অভিজ্ঞতা নিশ্চিত করে।

২. পণ্য সম্পর্কিত তথ্য

আমরা সোফা কভার, চেয়ার কভার, কুশন কভার এবং অন্যান্য ফার্নিচারের কাস্টমাইজড কভার বিক্রি করি।

অর্ডারের সময় আপনাকে যে ছবিগুলো দেখানো হয়, সেগুলো আমাদের টিমের রিয়েল-টাইম ছবি।

আলো ও স্ক্রিন রেজোলিউশনের কারণে সামান্য রঙের পার্থক্য হতে পারে, যা ত্রুটি হিসেবে গণ্য হবে না।

৩. অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন

মাপ, রঙ ও ফ্যাব্রিক নিয়ে সম্পূর্ণ আলোচনা শেষে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করা হয়।

কাস্টমাইজড পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট লাগতে পারে।

অর্ডার কনফার্ম হলে কাস্টমাইজড পণ্য বাতিল করা যাবে না।

৪. রিটার্ন ও রিপ্লেসমেন্টের যোগ্যতা
ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য

রিটার্ন বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট করা যাবে যদি—

পণ্য ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হয়।

কনফার্ম অর্ডারের তুলনায় ভুল রঙ/মাপ/ডিজাইন পৌঁছে যায়।

গুরুত্বপূর্ণ:

পণ্য পাওয়ার সাথে সাথেই আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
সমস্যা ভিডিও কলে দেখাতে হবে।

৫. যেসব পণ্য ফেরতযোগ্য নয়

নিচের ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন/রিপ্লেসমেন্ট গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়—

ব্যবহার করা, ধোয়া বা গ্রাহকের কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য।

মূল প্যাকেজিং ছাড়া পণ্য।

সঠিক পণ্য পাওয়ার পর ব্যক্তিগত কারণে অপছন্দ।

গ্রাহকের দেওয়া মাপ অনুযায়ী তৈরি কাস্টমাইজড পণ্য (ত্রুটি না থাকলে)।
